All monthly service plans (Essential, Professional, Advanced, and Enterprise) are billed in advance.
Refunds for unused time during the billing cycle are not provided.
You may cancel your plan at any time, and services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
For custom IT projects, cloud migrations, or consulting engagements, a refund is only applicable if The AME Group has not initiated any work on the project.
Once work has commenced, partial refunds (if applicable) will be evaluated based on the project scope and hours used.
Add-on services such as Disaster Recovery Testing, Cybersecurity Training, and VoIP Setup are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled.
We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact our support team within 7 days of the issue. We will work to resolve concerns and, if appropriate, may offer service credits or a partial refund based on the situation.
