Refund and Returns Policy

At The AME Group, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality IT services that meet and exceed your expectations. To ensure clarity and trust, please review our refund policy below.

Monthly Service Plans

  • All monthly service plans (Essential, Professional, Advanced, and Enterprise) are billed in advance.

  • Refunds for unused time during the billing cycle are not provided.

  • You may cancel your plan at any time, and services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Project-Based Services

  • For custom IT projects, cloud migrations, or consulting engagements, a refund is only applicable if The AME Group has not initiated any work on the project.

  • Once work has commenced, partial refunds (if applicable) will be evaluated based on the project scope and hours used.

Add-Ons & One-Time Services

  • Add-on services such as Disaster Recovery Testing, Cybersecurity Training, and VoIP Setup are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled.

⚠️ Exceptions & Disputes

We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact our support team within 7 days of the issue. We will work to resolve concerns and, if appropriate, may offer service credits or a partial refund based on the situation.
